Delete DoseTracker Data

DoseTracker is provided by VeriCode. This page explains local erasure and how to request deletion of information received by VeriCode. Updated October 3, 2026.

Delete records on your device

Open DoseTracker → Settings → Erase all data, then confirm. This removes local profiles, medicines, schedules, dose history, stored photos, preferences and the app-lock flag; it also cancels reminders and turns optional diagnostics off. Retry if the app reports a failure or erasure was interrupted.

VeriCode cannot remotely access or erase your local health records. Archiving a profile keeps its records; it is not erasure. Preferences exports contain no profiles, medicine records or dose history. Copies already shared outside the app remain under the destination's control.

Request deletion of diagnostic reports or support emails

Email support@vericodestudio.com. Use the subject “DoseTracker data deletion request” and state whether you want diagnostic reports, support correspondence, or both deleted.

For diagnostic reports, include an approximate date/time and time zone, and app version if known. For support correspondence, identify the email address used. Do not send medicine names, prescriptions, health records, passwords or identity documents.

VeriCode uses this information to locate and address the request. Limited verification or additional non-sensitive details may be needed. Reports omit a persistent person or device identifier, so your email address alone may not identify a report. We will explain any information we cannot locate or must retain and the reason.

What is retained

Local records remain on your device until deleted, erased or removed with the app. Sentry reports remain until deleted or the service's applicable retention expires. Disabling diagnostics cannot recall reports already received. Turning on IP-address scrubbing for future events does not delete past events. Contact the deletion email above for a specific report request or current retention details.

VeriCode deletes support and deletion-request emails within 90 days after the request is resolved, unless legally required to retain them longer. Unresolved requests are retained while needed to handle them. There is no online DoseTracker account to delete.
